Merge onto I-90 E / Massachusetts Turnpike / Mass Pike toward Mass Pike / Framingham / Boston (Portions toll).
Merge onto I-495 S via EXIT 11A toward Milford / Cape Cod.
Take the RT-109 E exit, EXIT 19, toward Medway / Holliston.
